Additionally, it invests in potential non-TWSE/TPEX foreign and domestic companies; provides management and industry consulting; assistance in fund solicitation, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic cooperation; and guide companies to engage in transformation and restructuring. The company was incorporated in 1992 and is based in Taipei, Taiwan.
