JAKOTA Capital Facilitates TNL Mediagene’s Successful NASDAQ Listing via Blue Ocean SPAC Merger

December 6, 2024, New York – ZurichJAKOTA Capital AG, a Swiss-based investment firm focused on investing in and advising companies in the Jakota region (Japan, South Korea, Taiwan) and Hong Kong, has assisted Japan-Taiwan digital media group TNL Mediagene with its NASDAQ listing completed through the merger with Blue Ocean SPAC (original press release).

JAKOTA Capital has arranged for a substantial investment into the PIPE facility supporting the Blue Ocean-TNL Mediagene merger transaction and remains fully supportive of the company, now traded on NASDAQ under ticker TNMG.
