Winmate Inc. reported March revenue of NT$309 million (US$9.7 million), a 46.8% increase from February and 18.9% higher than a year earlier, marking the second-highest monthly figure in company history. The Taiwanese manufacturer of rugged computing devices closed its first quarter with record revenue of NT$801 million, up 14.4% year-on-year.
The company, which develops specialized hardware for challenging environments, continues to expand its global footprint while capitalizing on growing demand for edge AI capabilities. Winmate is strengthening its presence in the United States and accelerating European integration efforts, positioning itself in nine rapidly expanding sectors including healthcare, automotive diagnostics, and logistics.
Analysts note that Winmate’s focus on high-margin, AI-enabled rugged devices provides a competitive edge in specialized markets. The company’s product lineup—spanning tablets, ground control stations, handheld devices, computers, displays, and laptops—now incorporates edge AI computing power, enhancing their value proposition across industrial applications.
