Phoenix Silicon International Corporation posted record monthly revenue of NT$351 million ($11.2 million) in November, marking a 45.6% jump from a year earlier and a 2% increase from October.
The Taiwanese wafer recycling specialist expects high single-digit revenue growth in the fourth quarter, according to market analysts tracking the company.
Phoenix’s growth strategy centers on expanding its wafer division operations. The company plans to optimize its product mix by increasing the share of recycled wafers from 85% of total revenue in 2024 to 90% in the following year.
The shift toward a higher proportion of recycled wafers aligns with semiconductor industry efforts to reduce waste and cut production costs amid persistent chip demand. However, the company faces potential headwinds from market volatility and increasing competition in the semiconductor recycling space.
