Luo Lih-Fen Holding Co., Ltd. announced significant revenue growth today, with March figures showing an 11% annual increase to NT$111 million and a 58% surge month-on-month. The beauty brand’s first-quarter revenue also rose by 27% year-over-year, reaching NT$238 million.

Amidst this financial uptick, Chairman and CEO Luo Lih-Fen detailed ambitious expansion plans across Taiwan and China. In Taiwan, the focus will be on developing and franchising beauty salons, while in China, efforts will center on enhancing three major sales channels: professional line beauty salons, CS daily chemical line, and the Shuangmei Clinic Center flagship store.

The first quarter’s success was bolstered by impressive sales across all three channels. Notably, the CS Daily Chemical Line’s inaugural expo in Xiamen this March saw franchise orders surpassing expectations, significantly contributing to the quarter’s performance. Furthermore, a joint investment conference for the major beauty brands in Nanjing in April attracted over 1,200 attendees, with signed orders also exceeding last year’s figures. These events have laid a robust foundation for revenue growth heading into the second quarter.

General Manager Jao Huan-Wen highlighted the brand’s strategy of collaborative and complementary operations across the Taiwan. Plans include expanding from 800 to 1,000 product franchise stores across China and initiating new franchise operations for the CS daily chemical line, expected to grow to over 2,000 stores. This channel alone is projected to contribute more than 12% of total revenues.

In Taiwan, Luo Lih-Fen is set to increase its direct-operated store count from one to three and is moving its headquarters to Shuanghe Biotechnology Park. This move will facilitate a partnership with Beijing Medical University, focusing on developing dual brands and enhancing their market presence.

These expansion efforts signify Luo Lih-Fen’s strong recovery trajectory and its strategic focus on scaling operations to meet growing consumer demand in the beauty sector.
