The Tokyo-based company’s August release of blockchain game “De:Lithe Last Memories” failed to offset declining revenues from earlier quarters. The company faces ongoing challenges in its crypto gaming initiative, acknowledging issues with the playing environment and tokenomics design.
Legacy titles continued to support revenue, with 14-year-old games “My Restaurant 2” and “Galsho” performing steadily. “The Quintessential Quintuplets” puzzle game surpassed 8 million downloads in its fourth year.
The company’s legal troubles mounted as it faces a 176 million yen lawsuit from HashPalette for damages. enish has withheld its full-year forecast, citing volatile conditions in the mobile gaming sector.
The game maker’s partnership with Roblox platform through “Doraemon: Nobita’s Go Go Ride!” marks its attempt to diversify revenue streams beyond traditional mobile gaming and blockchain ventures.
