Hanwha Galleria Corp. announced its acquisition of Pure Plus, a South Korean beverage manufacturer known for its wide range of non-alcoholic products. With over 30 years of industry experience, Pure Plus produces around 200 beverages, including organic juices and children’s drinks, and offers OEM services to major brands domestically and internationally.
Pure Plus operates a production facility in Hamyang-gun, South Gyeongsang Province, and exports to over 50 countries, including the U.S., Australia, and Northern Europe. Its products are sold through a robust distribution network of more than 150 outlets across South Korea, including supermarkets and local stores.
In 2023, Pure Plus generated sales of 41 billion won (US$30.7 million) and an operating profit of 1.6 billion won (US$1.2 million). The acquisition aligns with Hanwha’s strategy to expand its footprint in the growing non-alcoholic beverage market, both domestically and abroad.
