Compal Electronics reports a revenue of 84.64 billion yuan for November, signaling a 3.26% monthly decrease but a notable 4.06% annual increase. The cumulative revenue for the first 11 months of the year reflects a consistent annual growth of 4.06%, despite a 12.35% decrease compared to the same period last year.

In the PC segment, Compal ships 2.9 million units in both October and November, maintaining a steady performance with a 20.83% year-on-year increase. The average selling price of PC products demonstrates a positive upward trend. Notably, the sales momentum of non-PC products continues to grow, with November’s performance only slightly declining compared to October.

Compal is set to achieve another milestone in its new medical business with the inauguration of the “National Taiwan University Compal Radiofrequency Ablation Training Center” in collaboration with National Taiwan University Hospital. The ribbon-cutting ceremony, scheduled for the 15th of this month, underscores Compal’s commitment to diversification and expansion into innovative sectors.

Despite the challenges in the PC market, Compal maintains its optimistic outlook. The company emphasizes its commitment to optimizing its product portfolio and accelerating contributions from new business ventures. The projected performance ratio for the first and second half of the year is approximately 45:55. Compal anticipates a slight increase in non-PC products in the fourth quarter, with a quarterly decrease in PC products. The annual growth rate is expected to decrease by 10% for the whole year but is poised for a steady recovery in the coming year.
