Auras Technology Co. reported third-quarter profit of NT$974 million ($31.5 million), marking a quarterly record as the Taiwanese thermal solutions manufacturer capitalized on growing demand for liquid cooling systems in artificial intelligence servers.

The New Taipei-based company posted revenue of NT$5.96 billion for the period, with earnings per share reaching NT$10.66. Gross margin climbed to 29.77%, reflecting improved product mix as liquid cooling plates and manifolds gained traction with U.S. data center clients deploying Nvidia’s GB series platforms.

For the current quarter, Auras expects revenue to jump more than 30% as new production capacity in Thailand comes online. The company projects liquid cooling products will account for roughly 40% of total revenue, up from current levels, though specific figures weren’t disclosed.

Management outlined ambitious growth targets for 2025, citing anticipated demand from Nvidia’s GB300 and AMD MI series platforms. The company said liquid cooling shipments could double year-over-year, though such projections hinge on broader market adoption of direct-to-chip cooling technology.

Auras is expanding beyond server components into data center infrastructure and ASIC thermal solutions. The diversification strategy comes as competition intensifies in the liquid cooling supply chain, with multiple Taiwanese manufacturers vying for contracts with hyperscale customers.

Nine-month earnings per share totaled NT$18.13.
