Acer e-Enabling Service Inc. reported a record annual revenue of NT$8.69 billion ($273 million) for 2024, marking the eighth consecutive year of growth as Taiwanese corporations ramped up spending on cloud computing and artificial intelligence services.
Net income rose 7.5% to NT$540 million, with earnings per share of NT$13, the company said in a statement. The board approved a cash dividend of NT$9.5 per share, representing a yield of about 3.6% based on Wednesday’s closing price of NT$263.
Cloud services emerged as the company’s fastest-growing segment, expanding 26% year-on-year and accounting for 68% of total revenue. The growth reflects increasing demand from enterprise and government clients pursuing digital transformation initiatives.
CEO Shirley Chou said the company is positioning itself as an “enterprise generative AI accelerator,” helping clients implement AI tools for deeper digital transformation and business resilience.
Looking ahead, Acer e-Enabling plans to expand its cloud management platform, enhance data governance, develop AI services including Microsoft Copilot implementations, and strengthen its regional presence in China, Vietnam, and other Southeast Asian markets to serve Taiwanese companies with operations abroad.
