In a significant expansion, the event will occupy all East Exhibition Halls 1-8 of Tokyo Big Sight, providing more space for the diverse array of exhibitors and activities.
Highlighting its commitment to family-friendly entertainment, AnimeJapan 2024 will revive the “Family Anime Festa” in East Hall 3, marking its return after a four-year hiatus. This addition underlines the event’s broad appeal, catering to both avid anime fans and younger audiences.
The global anime market has seen robust growth since 2020, despite challenges posed by the coronavirus pandemic. With the industry reaching its largest ever global market size in 2022, AnimeJapan 2024 is poised to be a landmark event, reflecting the industry’s expansive reach and cultural impact.
