The company was formerly known as Asahi Broadcasting Corporation and changed its name to Asahi Broadcasting Group Holdings Corporation in April 2018. Asahi Broadcasting Group Holdings Corporation was incorporated in 1951 and is headquartered in Osaka, Japan.
