Nexen Tire, a prominent global tire manufacturer, has secured original equipment manufacturer (OEM) approval for the new Porsche Cayenne Sports SUV. The high-end vehicle will now be equipped with Nexen’s N’FERA SPORT SUV tires, known for their advanced design and performance.
The N’FERA SPORT SUV tire, produced at Nexen’s European plant, features asymmetrical patterns suited for high-speed driving and superior drainage, courtesy of its 3+1 wide groove design. The tire also boasts optimized pattern design, significantly enhancing high-speed stability and handling. Additionally, a new compound has been introduced to improve grip and braking power, further solidifying the tire’s premium status.
Since 2016, Nexen Tire has been supplying tires for the third-generation Porsche Cayenne and continues to supply for the latest models. Beyond the Cayenne, Nexen’s collaboration with Porsche includes the Panamera and Macan models, reinforcing its presence in the luxury automotive market.
This latest OEM approval not only expands Nexen’s footprint in the high-end vehicle sector but also underscores its commitment to innovation and quality in tire manufacturing.
