This decision, aligned with Ateam’s commitment to accommodating diverse work methods, also impacts the headquarters of its subsidiary, Ateam Phinergy, with the change in location scheduled for December 4, 2023.
Ateam has been progressively promoting telecommuting since February 2020, initially in response to the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. Even after the pandemic moved to Category 5 in May 2023, the company has continued advocating a hybrid work system that seamlessly integrates office-based and remote work. The recent closure of the Osaka office underscores Ateam’s commitment to advancing a hybrid work culture that harmonizes both in-office and remote work practices.
