Industry sources suggest that the chip, equipped with Arm’s latest Immortalis-G925 GPU, delivers a 30% performance boost in graphics processing while reducing power consumption by 40% compared to competing products.
This advanced chip is expected to be a game-changer for AI-powered smartphones, as MediaTek positions itself to capture more market share. With a full large-core architecture and Arm v9 core, the Dimensity 9400 will support the world’s fastest 10.7Gbps LPDDR5X memory, making it one of the most powerful flagship chips available.
MediaTek has been tight-lipped on specific product details but emphasized that customer reception has been highly positive. The company anticipates a surge in flagship product revenue, forecasting more than a 50% growth in 2024.
