In addition, it engages in the development and sale of residential land; construction and sale of houses and other properties; real estate consulting; leasing of office buildings and other properties; real estate brokerage; property management for buildings; real estate management and construction; and building management activities. Further, the company operates department stores and shopping centers, as well as operates and manages hotels, resorts, and golf courses. Additionally, it provides advertising, cable television, electric power, and internet connection services. The company was incorporated in 1922 and is headquartered in Shibuya, Japan.
