The company offers loans for negotiable margin transactions, general stock lending, equity repo transactions, bond repo and gensaki transactions, retail loans, fund administration services, empirical research using distributed ledger technology, and cooperative relationships with Indonesian securities finance company. It also provides trust services, such as securities trust and banking services that includes deposit or loan; and real estate services, including leasing and managing real estate owned by the group. The company was formerly known as Tokyo Securities Co., Ltd. and changed its name to Japan Securities Finance Co., Ltd. in December 1949. Japan Securities Finance Co., Ltd. was incorporated in 1927 and is headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.
