Advanced Wireless Semiconductor Company engages in research, development, production, testing, and sales of gallium arsenide (GaAs) wafers in Taiwan. The company offers InGaP/GaAs heterojunction bipolar transistor process for power amplifier and gain block circuit designs; GaAs enhancement/depletion-mode pseudomorphic high electron-mobility transistor process for switch and low noise amplifier designs; and enhancement/depletion-mode integration of heterojunction bipolar and high electron-mobility transistors technology for level integration single-chip designs in smart phone and Wi-Fi applications. It provides IPD resistor, inductor, and high Q process for passive component applications; optical products, including vertical cavity surface emitting laser and CPV solar for sensor, 3D sensing, AR/VR, auto drive, and solar power plant applications; and flip-chip on GaAs wafer CU pillar bump for replacing wire bond applications. Advanced Wireless Semiconductor Company was incorporated in 1998 and is based in Tainan City, Taiwan.
