In addition, the company offers lead frame for leadless packages, including QFN and QFP/SOP; crimped lead frame; and lead frame for power devices. Further, it provides drive motor for electric vehicles and home appliance motors. The company was formerly known as Mitsui Mfg. Co., Ltd. and changed its name to Mitsui High-tec, Inc. in May 1984. Mitsui High-tec, Inc. was incorporated in 1934 and is headquartered in Kitakyushu, Japan.
