Its products are used in consumer, automotive, and industrial machinery applications. The company was formerly known as Hirose Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and changed its name to Hirose Electric Co.,Ltd. in August 1963. Hirose Electric Co.,Ltd. was founded in 1937 and is headquartered in Yokohama, Japan.
