Tsukishima Holdings Co., Ltd. provides products and services for water and sewer facilities in Japan and internationally. The company engages in the construction of water purification and sewage treatment plants; manufacture and sale of water treatment and sludge treatment systems, sludge dehydration equipment; and operation of public-private partnerships, including private finance initiative and design-build-operate projects, and digestion gas power generation facilities. It is also involved in the operations management and maintenance for water and sewage treatment, nitht soil treatment, and biomass plants; sale of industrial chemicals; and sale of machinery and supplies for environmental equipment. In addition, the company designs, manufactures, and sells plant systems and equipment for battery components, pharmaceuticals, food products, and cosmetics; and plant equipment manufacturing, construction and repairs. Further, it engages in the waste treatment business; intermediary treatments of industrial and nonindustrial waste; sells equipment and fixtures related to environment facilities; and research and new product development for hardware and software related to emulsification and dispersion. Additionally, it is involved in the waste collection, transport, and intermediate treatment; thermal recycling through alternative energy power generation; and printing and bookbinding of drawings, general documents, and real estate management and leasing. The company was formerly known as Tsukishima Kikai Co., Ltd. and changed its name to Tsukishima Holdings Co., Ltd. in April 2023. Tsukishima Holdings Co., Ltd. was founded in 1905 and is headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.
