Kwan's International Co., Ltd., together with its subsidiaries, operates in the film and television cultural industry. The company was formerly known as Victory Circuit Co., Ltd. and changed its name to Kwan's International Co., Ltd. in August 2017. Kwan's International Co., Ltd. was founded in 1978 and is based in Taipei, Taiwan.
