Farglory Land Development Co., Ltd., together with its subsidiary, Farglory Construction Co., Ltd., develops real estate properties in Taiwan. The company operates through two segments, Land and Construction. It sells and leases commercial buildings and public housing constructed by commissioned construction contractors; and contracts building, civil, and hydraulic engineering projects. The company was formerly known as Metropolitan Construction Co., Ltd. and changed its name to Farglory Land Development Co., Ltd. in December 2005. Farglory Land Development Co., Ltd. was incorporated in 1978 and is based in Taipei City, Taiwan.
