It operates through four segments: Short-Term Operational Support Business; Sales Support Business; Restaurant Business; and Security, Other Businesses. The Short-Term Operational Support Business segment provides timely short-term staffing services that cater to fluctuations in client companies' workloads. This segment also offers pay roll management outsourcing, number management, annual adjustment outsourcing, housekeeping, and job search application services, as well as human resources services for event operations and short-term contractual workers services comprising driver, senior, and global human resources. It also provides short-term human resources service in various business fields, including distribution, warehouses, retail, services, and call centers; and employment placement services, as well as develops human resource services centered on the real estate industry and operates the OtetsudaiNetworks, a short-term human resources service that utilizes location information. The Sales Support Business segment engages in agency sales of telecommunications products focusing on distributor networks and call center operations. This segment also operates call center, alliance, entertainment businesses, etc. The Restaurant Business segment engages in restaurant chain management and the franchise business. The Security, Other Businesses segment conducts security work for public facilities and general companies. This segment also provides subcontracting the planning and operation for construction, building engineering, and events; human resources service for reception; and manned guarding, street and traffic security, etc. Fullcast Holdings Co., Ltd. was incorporated in 1990 and is headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.
