It also provides phenolic resin products used in the casting process, photoresist, and various fields; resin-coated sand and aggregate products used in molds; and urethane insulation and urethane products for housing, construction, and civil engineering fields. In addition, the company engages in the development and supply of hydrothermal resources; design and construction of water utility facilities and reuse of wastewater; industrial water and wastewater treatment; and provision of maintenance and management services. The company was formerly known as Asahi Organic Chemicals Industry Co., Ltd. and changed its name to Asahi Yukizai Corporation in April 2016.
