It also constructs residential buildings, commercial buildings, factories, hospitals, hotels, telecommunication rooms, educational and research facilities, township communities, and other construction projects; and engages in leasing and management of real estate properties. In addition, the company constructs, operates, and reconstructs water treatment, waste disposal, sewerage wastewater reclamation, and biomass and renewable energy projects. Further, it engages in the pipeline construction; underground pipeline construction projects; design and construction of sewer system; facility operation and maintenance; development of sludge reduction, energy conservation equipment, water treatment, and renewable energy technologies; and provision of mechanical and electrical services, such as electrical, plumbing, fire, and air-conditioning, as well as sells liquor.
