The company offers construction and engineering services for factories, high-rise, bridges, and special buildings; manufacturing and assembly of steel structures; and maintenance and repair of containers. It is also involved in general and business waste treatment, disposal, and cogeneration; resource recycling; industrial water, wastewater, tap water, pure water, and sewage treatment; operation of multi-functional biomass energy center; and general investment activities. The company was formerly known as Evergreen Development Corp. and changed its name to Evergreen Steel Corp. in July 2011. Evergreen Steel Corp. was founded in 1962 and is headquartered in Taipei City, Taiwan.
