Southeast Cement Co., Ltd., together with its subsidiaries, engages in the manufacture and sale of cement in Taiwan. It is also involved in manufacturing cement paper bag; securities investment; waste disposal management; construction; and real estate leasing business. The company was founded in 1956 and is based in Kaohsiung City, Taiwan.
