It also provides electronic chemicals, such as photo active compounds for micro-patterning of semiconductor circuits and thin film transistors in LCDs; polymer acryl binders and novolak resins for use in LCD and plasma displays, and positive photoresist for LCDs and semiconductors; and functional chemicals and additives for use in positive and negative photoresist for LCD, as well as in process chemicals, such as strippers.
