Delpha Construction Co.,Ltd. posted record revenue and profit for 2024 as the Taiwanese builder completed four major housing projects.
Net income more than tripled to NT$1.63 billion ($51.7 million) from a year earlier, the company said in a board meeting Wednesday. Revenue jumped 212% to NT$6.1 billion.
Earnings per share reached NT$1.94, the sixth-highest in the company’s history and the best performance in nine years. The board approved a total cash dividend of NT$2.16 per share, including NT$0.42 for the fourth quarter and NT$0.4 from capital reserves.
The dividend represents a 5.33% yield based on Wednesday’s closing price of NT$40.40.
The builder’s financial windfall came from completing four projects with combined sales of NT$6.26 billion, including its flagship “Da Hua Shou Jie” development worth NT$6.26 billion.
Delpha Construction also announced a new joint construction project in Houlong Township, Miaoli County, securing agreements with 22 landowners for a 4,394-ping (14,524 square meters) site. The company will invest approximately NT$2.39 billion for a 58% share in the residential tower development.
