Netmarble Corp. has achieved a milestone in the Korean gaming industry by becoming the first company to obtain the ISO 45001 certification for its safety and health management system. This international standard, established by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), recognizes companies with effective systems in place to prevent occupational accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
The certification covers Netmarble’s online and mobile game development and publishing services, and follows a similar certification earned by its G Tower office in Seoul in 2022. This move reinforces the company’s commitment to workplace safety, positioning it as a leader in health and safety practices within the gaming sector.
