Highlighted at MWC Barcelona 2024, KT’s CEO, Kim Young-shub, stressed the importance of merging communications technology with advanced IT to transition KT from its traditional telecom roots to a future where AI integration is crucial.
KT is also intensifying its focus on AI and ICT talent, aiming to recruit 1,000 specialists to deeply integrate AI expertise into its corporate culture and metrics. The company is enhancing its Gen.AIDU platform, combining proprietary AI models with industry-leading ones, positioning itself as a leader in the AICT domain.
