Doosan Robotics Inc. of South Korea announced the opening of its new office, Doosan Robotics Europe, in Düsseldorf, Germany. This strategic expansion aims to strengthen the company’s presence in key European markets by identifying local partners such as system integrators and dealers in Germany, the UK, the Netherlands, and Italy.
The Düsseldorf office will focus on selling high-demand solutions in Europe, including palletizing, machine tending, and welding. These solutions cater to the needs of European industries, offering advanced robotic systems for aligning and loading items onto pallets, handling raw materials, and performing welding tasks.
In addition to its sales operations, Doosan Robotics plans to establish a service center in Heerhugowaard, Netherlands. This center will provide comprehensive after-sales services, including the installation and retrieval of cooperative robots and part replacement, ensuring robust support for European customers.
The move marks a significant step in Doosan Robotics’ global expansion, aiming to leverage Europe’s strong demand for automation and robotics solutions. By establishing a dedicated European office and service center, Doosan Robotics aims to deliver enhanced service and support to its growing customer base in the region.
