Chunghwa Precision Test Tech. Co. reported September consolidated revenue of NT$317 million (US$9.85 million), reflecting a 5% rise from the previous month and a 46.6% increase year-on-year. The company’s third-quarter revenue reached NT$917 million (US$28.5 million), marking a 26.9% improvement over the previous quarter and a 32.4% rise compared to the same period in 2023.
For the first nine months of 2024, cumulative revenue hit NT$2.32 billion (US$72.1 million), a 9.6% increase year-on-year. The company’s performance was bolstered by rising demand for high-frequency and high-speed testing related to AI chips, particularly in the second half of the year.
Chunghwa Precision attributed its growth to robust orders for AI-related chip test boards, including smartphone chip probe cards and ultra-high-speed computing (HPC) components. These product segments contributed over 40% of revenue in September, as shipments ramped up for both domestic and international clients, driving the company’s highest monthly revenue in 21 months.
