Power Semiconductor Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (6770) has signed a definitive agreement with India’s Tata Electronics to assist in building India’s first 12-inch wafer fabrication facility in Dholera, Gujarat. The $11 billion project will have a monthly production capacity of 50,000 wafers, positioning India as a key player in semiconductor manufacturing.
