Innolux has partnered with Mazda to introduce Taiwan’s first “automotive 5G AIoT after-sales service platform” and “5G maintenance live streaming,” revolutionizing the automotive aftermarket. The platform aims to enhance maintenance services through cutting-edge 5G and AIoT technology.

Innolux CEO Jin-Yang Hung highlighted the high potential of the automotive aftermarket. The new 5G and AIoT solutions not only bolster brand collaboration but also form alliances with 31 auto parts industry chains. This initiative, alongside the Mazda AI Mall, is poised to generate significant economic value by offering diversified, flexible services.

The innovative 5G maintenance live broadcast feature allows car owners to watch real-time maintenance by entering their car number. With ultra-high speed and low latency, this service ensures transparency and direct communication with technicians about parts replacement.
