Appirits announced today the acquisition of Bee2B, a company specializing in web services, system development, and consulting, for 177 million yen. The acquisition, set to be finalized on June 1st, will make Bee2B a wholly owned subsidiary of Appirits.

Bee2B’s representative director, Yuzuru Mayamaya, will remain in his role, continuing to contribute to the company’s management post-acquisition. Bee2B provides comprehensive support for web services, from planning and development to operation and maintenance, aligning closely with Appirits’ “Web Solutions Business.” The company also has expertise in recruiting and utilizing foreign talent, particularly from Vietnam, which complements Appirits’ business strategies.

Appirits believes this acquisition will allow it to diversify its customer base, share personnel and expertise, and enhance its international business expansion. The synergy between the two companies is expected to improve operational efficiency and drive business growth.

From the second quarter of the fiscal year ending January 2025, Bee2B will be consolidated as a subsidiary of Appirits. Although the immediate impact on Appirits’ financial results is anticipated to be minor, the company will promptly disclose any significant changes or revisions to earnings forecasts.

This strategic move highlights Appirits’ commitment to strengthening its web solutions portfolio and expanding its market reach through effective integration and collaboration with Bee2B.
